Broadway Systems Aces Ad Sales, Traffic for Tennis Channel

Broadway Systems, the leading provider of advertising management software for cable networks, announced today that Tennis Channel is now using Broadway’s end-to-end software platform to manage ad sales, traffic, and programming at its headquarters in Santa Monica, Calif., for Tennis Channel and Mnet America, a U.S.-based network that features Asian pop culture entertainment.

Tennis Channel is using Broadway’s Traffic and Finance, Sales Planning and Proposal, and Program Management software modules. Dean Hadaegh, senior vice president of technical operations and chief technology officer of Tennis Channel, said the staff has embraced the new system. “Interdepartmental workflow is eased as the modules are fully integrated,” he explained.

Hadaegh has been pleased with Broadway’s up-to-date technology, as well as its fully integrated module for creating and managing ad sales proposals. “It is the most complete end-to-end broadcast management system integrating ad sales deal management, traffic, master control interface, automatic log reconciliation, and ad sales invoicing and A/R,” Hadaegh added.

“Broadway’s integrated, modular approach helps Tennis Channel and other cable networks improve the management of day-to-day activities between departments,” said John Sorensen, president of Broadway Systems. “Our platform was engineered to manage all advertising business, from sales to collection, with a single database for more efficient performance.”
