Vision Studios creates gripping Greenpeace video for Domino

Major international studio and facilities enterprise Vision Studios was chosen by Domino Productions to host a powerful four minute video for Greenpeace MENA. The production was hosted in the MediaCity Studios in Istanbul.

The video is a rap battle between an industrialist and an environmentalist, arguing about the way that energy exploitation has a hugely unfair impact on the poorer countries of the global south. The video smoothly transitions between the television studio, boardroom, and city streets. All in Arabic, it is aimed at the Middle East and North Africa region.

Vision Studios has fully equipped broadcast studios in London, Dublin, Paris and Istanbul. Available for long-term rent or for one-off projects, they are fully crewed and equipped with the latest technology. Operating for 25 years, Vision Studios serves more than 1000 productions each year.

“I had worked with Vision Studios in Istanbul, Dublin and London,” said Ali Shehata, the project’s producer at Domino Production. “I knew the sort of quality they could deliver. The Istanbul MediaCity location gave us a lot of options in one place, including many locations as well as the studio set. If you work in media production, you should collaborate with Vision Studios.”
Gerard Kirwan, Director of Sales at Vision Studios added “We have huge experience in video production, so we work very comfortably with creative businesses like Domino Production. Our in-house technical, design and craft services support them, so we deliver the best results, on time and on budget. This video for Greenpeace MENA looks and sounds great – it is a really arresting way to get over an important message.”

Domino Production is based in Istanbul, Turkey and Doha, Qatar. Greenpeace MENA is the newest element in the Greenpeace network, which now numbers 27 independent national and regional organisations working with the joint co-ordinating organisation, Greenpeace International.
