ACTRESS OLIVIA WILDE RECEIVES IMDb’S FIRST-EVER “STARMETER AWARD” AT THE 2013 TORONTO FILM FESTIVAL

IMDb has announced that actress Olivia Wilde (Rush, Her, Third Person) is the recipient of IMDb’s first-ever “STARmeter Award.” This award recognizes the stars who are perennial favorites on IMDb’s STARmeter chart, which is determined by the actual search behavior of IMDb’s more than 160 million monthly users worldwide.

Director Paul Haggis (Crash), who recently directed Olivia in the upcoming film Third Person, will present her with IMDb’s inaugural award tonight at a private event at the 2013 Toronto International Film Festival.

In 2011, Olivia ranked #6 on IMDb’s top 10 stars of the year chart and has placed within the top 100 stars of the year since 2010.”
