At IBC2013, Amsterdam, Netherlands, Transvideo showed HDPROGUIDE Magazine the prototype for their new VirtualHorizon3. The VirtualHorizon3 will be available in October. VirtualHorizon3 is a new remote electronic “bubble level.” It attaches anywhere, and transmits via Bluetooth to your CineMonitorHD Evolution family of monitors.
VirtualHorizon3 features the same stability of VirtualHorizon2 with real time shock compensation and acceleration compensation.
Power comes from an internal battery. There’s also a small connector for external power. This third generation wireless VirtualHorizon lets you place the sensor in the most appropriate position on your equipment. Horizon and level are displayed on your CineMonitorHD.
