LAWRENCE, Kan. — April 11, 2019 — Cobalt Iron Inc., a leading provider of cloud-based data protection, and SCC, Europe’s largest independent IT business, today announced a reseller partner agreement. Under the agreement, SCC will represent Cobalt Iron’s Adaptive Data Protection (ADP) SaaS enterprise backup solution and associated services to customers in the U.K. and Ireland as part of its IBM business with backup and backup-as-a-service (BaaS) offerings. The agreement gives Cobalt Iron another entrée into the U.K. and potentially European markets while giving SCC a differentiated and innovative backup solution to present to its IBM Spectrum Protect and iSeries customers.
